Attorney Pamela Catalone
Pamela grew up in and around Hershey, Pennsylvania. She attended Millersville University
of Pennsylvania where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Political
Science. From there, Pamela went on to earn her Juris Doctor at St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens,
She started her legal career in Pennsylvania working for the Department of Labor
and Industry, Workers’ Compensation Division. Shortly thereafter, she returned to Florida and started her
career working with children and families as an Assistant Regional Counsel for the Office of Criminal Conflict and
Civil Regional Counsel, 5th District, Daytona Beach, Florida.
Pamela expanded her legal experience by working in the area of Labor Law, concentrating her practice on
representing public employees and law enforcement officers. Most notably, she spent several years as
Assistant General Counsel/Lead Counsel of Right-to-Work States and as General Counsel for both state and national
Pamela now practices in a variety of areas of law including Family Law, Civil
Litigation, DCF-related matters as well as Labor and Employment Law. She is a member of the City, County and
Local Government Law Section and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar.
